12pm-1pm: Comp Team (2nd-6th Grade)
1:30pm-3pm: Comp Team (7th-8th Grade)
3pm-4pm: Gold Team (7th-12th Grade)
4pm-6pm: Comp Team (9th-12th Grade)

Green Team
ABOUT THE TEAM
Green Team performs at 4-6 events around Tucson, including Roadrunners Hockey games, the OV Spooktacular, and ZooLights!
This team is designed for beginning/intermediate dancers who are looking for opportunities to perform onstage and be a part of a team! This team focuses on jazz dance.
WHO CAN AUDITION?
26/27 Season: Dancers ages 7-10 (incoming 2nd-5th graders)
DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Weekly rehearsals (1-1.5 hrs)
Must be enrolled in at least one class at DDC (class of choice)
Gold Team
ABOUT THE TEAM
Gold Team performs at 6+ events around Arizona, including NASCAR Championships, Roadrunner Hockey games, and Christmas Tree Lightings!
This team is designed for intermediate dancers who have at least one year of dance training and are looking to perform semi-frequently with a team. This team focuses on jazz and hip hop dance.
WHO CAN AUDITION?
26/27 Season: Dancers ages 8-18 (incoming 3rd-12th graders)
DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Weekly rehearsals (1-3 hrs)
Must be enrolled in at least two classes at DDC (jazz and class of choice)
Gold Team+
ABOUT THE TEAM
Gold Team+ is an extension of Gold Team. They perform at the same events as Gold Team, but they also attend three dance conventions throughout the season!
This team is designed to be a pre-competitive team and is for intermediate/advanced dancers who have at least one year of dance training and are looking to level up their training while performing with a team. This team focuses on jazz and hip hop dance.
WHO CAN AUDITION?
26/27 Season: Dancers ages 8-18 (incoming 3rd-12th graders)
DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Weekly rehearsals (1-3 hrs)
Must be enrolled in at least three classes at DDC (ballet, jazz, and class of choice)
Pom Team
ABOUT THE TEAM
Pom Team performs at 4-5 events around Tucson (Spring Arts Festival, local high school showcases, etc) and the Disneyland Parade in April!
This team is designed for intermediate dancers who are interested in performing pom-based routines!
This team will retire after the 25/26 Season.
Disney Parade Team
ABOUT THE TEAM
Disney Team will perform down Main Street at the Happy Hauntings Parade in Disneyland in October 2026!
Auditions for this team have closed.
Competition Team
ABOUT THE TEAM
Competition Team is made up of advanced dancers who are looking to take dance to the next level. This team competes at 4 competitions and attends 2 conventions each season, alongside performing at local events with the entire DDC Company.
All dancers are cast in two group routines (one all-team production and a small or large group) and have the opportunity to be cast in solos, duets, trios, and more small groups based on interest and ability.

26/27 Season: Dancers ages 7-18 (incoming 2nd-12th graders)
DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Choreography Camp (8+ hrs in late July)
Weekly rehearsals (2-5 hrs)
Must be enrolled in at least three classes at DDC (ballet, jazz, and class of choice)
