DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Green Team dancers must take at least one dance class at DDC in any genre

ABOUT THE TEAM
Green Team performs at 3-4 events around Tucson (Roadrunners Hockey games, Spooktacular, etc)
This team is designed for beginning/intermediate dancers who are looking for opportunities to perform onstage and be a part of a team! This team focuses on jazz dance.

COMMITMENT LEVEL
1 hr rehearsal per week​

WHO CAN AUDITION?
Dancers ages 8-18

DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Gold Team dancers must take at least one class at DDC in any genre and are highly recommended to take Workshop and Jazz

ABOUT THE TEAM
Gold Team performs at 4-5 events around Arizona (NASCAR Championships, Zoolights, etc)
This team is designed for intermediate/advanced dancers who have at least one year of dance experience and are looking to perform semi-frequently with a team! This team focuses on jazz and lyrical dance.

COMMITMENT LEVEL
2 hrs rehearsal per week​

Dancers ages 8-14

Pom Team dancers must take at least one jazz or pom class at DDC

ABOUT THE TEAM
Pom Team performs at 3-4 events around Tucson (Spring Arts Festival, Marana Parade, etc)
This team is designed for intermediate/advanced dancers who are interested in performing pom-based routines!

DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Disney Team dancers will be picked based on auditions in October 2024. Dancers should have strong performance skills and be confident with parade choreography.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Disney Team performs at the Diamond Dance Classic in Disneyland in March/April 2025. This is for Disney lovers who get excited at the opportunity to perform in a parade down Main Street!

Competition Team
WHO CAN AUDITION?
Dancers ages 6-18

DANCER REQUIREMENTS
Competition dancers are required to take ballet, jazz, and at least one other class at DDC
​
ABOUT THE TEAM
Competition Team is made up of advanced dancers who are looking to take dance to the next level. This team competes at 3-4 competitions and attends 2 conventions each season, alongside performing at local events with the entire DDC Company.
All dancers are cast in three group routines (one all-team production, two small or large groups) and have the opportunity to be cast in solos, duets, trios, and more small groups based on interest and ability.
